A responsabilização dos agentes públicos na pandemia do covid-19

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to present the accountability of public agents in the Pandemic, based on the discussion resulting from publication of the Provisory Act 966, of May 13, 2020 of , which has proposed the accountability of public officials for action and omission in acts related to the covid-19 pandemic, and its correlation to the Law 12.036 of 2009, as well as the Federal Supreme Court manifestation on that normative, after the preliminary ruling of a series of Direct Constitutionality Actions. In addition, it is desired to exemplify how other laws and jurisdictions address the issue of accountability of public officials.
