Abstract

The research explored the relationship between online gambling and money laundering. To this end, aspects related to territoriality, antecedent crime, typical acts of money laundering, and procedural aspects related to damage compensation were analyzed. Regarding the central issue—money laundering—it was concluded that the key element is identifying the origin and nature of transactions.
