This work is based on concrete empirical evidence verifiable from data extracted from the legislative process initiated by the 57th legislature inaugurated this year as a result of the general elections for the Chamber of Deputies and partial elections for the Federal Senate held in the calendar of the last electoral year. As occurs at the beginning of a new legislature, as a rule, old projects being processed in the Houses are archived and new ones are launched. This is an important opportunity to identify ideologies and political trends regarding the adoption and improvement of propositions on the integrity program (compliance) and on the responsibility of legal entities, including with a political-criminal focus, signaling possible legislative changes that may contribute to the current regulatory framework for these themes. Research data collection was carried out through the Parliamentary Articulation Office (ASSART), a body within the Institutional Relations Secretariat (SRI) of the Federal Prosecution Service (MPF).
