A contra-ordenação de gestão ruinosa de instituição de crédito

Abstract

The article analyses the regulatory offence of destructive management of credit institutions, foreseen in article 211, n. 1, k), of the Portuguese General Law of Credit Institutions and Financial Companies. It discusses which legal interest is protected, arguing that it is an infraction against property. Afterwards, analyses the objective requirements of punishment for this offence.
