Reflexões sobre a possibilidade de impugnação da colaboração premiada por terceiros

Abstract

This work aims to analyze the possibility of challenging the Award-winning Collaboration Agreement awarded by third parties, considering the doubts and controversies that persist in relation to that institute, even after 8 years of the Criminal Organizations Law (Law 12.850, published on 8/2/2013). Thus, the concept, the essential requirements, as well as the admissibility assumptions of the award-winning collaboration are discussed. Then, the jurisprudential evolution on the subject is presented, in order to, in the conclusive part of the text, reflect on the appropriateness of the challenge of what is referred to by the collaborator.
