Compliance, internal investigations e direitos dos investigados: reflexões sobre o direito de defesa nas investigações internas

Abstract

Compliance programs aim to prevent the occurrence of violations, including criminal ones, in companies, as well as promoting measures to investigate and sanction deviations that have already occurred. Therefore, this article aims to address the rights of those investigated, especially the right of defense, in internal investigations carried out in compliance programs.
